INGREDIENTS
Instant Bajra Sevai
Sliced Onion
Sliced All: Capsicum (Red & Yellow)
Shredded Cabbage
Grated Carrot
Salt – To Taste
Oil – 1 Tblsp
Mustard Seeds – ½ Tsp
Black Gram Dhal – 1 Tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Curry Leaves – Few

METHOD
1. Prepare Sevai as given instructions on the packet. (Rinse in cold water, strain and steam cook for 5 mins.)
2. Heat oil, add seasoning and then sauté all the vegetables.
3. Add steamed sevai, salt and mix gently.
