Watch Chef Marco Pierre White as he makes a classic favourite, a golden Steak and Ale Pie. An easy recipe from Knorr. This Steak and Ale Pie recipe is made from large chunks of beautifully caramelised steak, roughly chopped onions for their sweetness, the rich bitterness of a good dark ale and the intense flavour of a Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot. Ingredients 1 Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot 1tbsp olive oil 4 onions, roughly chopped 500ml dark ale 900g neck of beef or, for a healthier option, lean braising steak, cut into very large chunks 1tsp cornflour mixed with 25ml cold water 400g shortcrust pastry (home-made or shop-bought) Egg wash, made by beating 1 egg yolk You can also find out more about this recipe here: http://www.knorr.co.uk/recipes/detail/8383/1/steak-and-ale-pie For more beef recipes from Knorr and Marco Pierre White, please visit: http://www.knorr.co.uk/recipes/search?searchCategories=Beef If you liked this, why not also try: Classic Fish Pie - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0...
Thai tom yum goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง) is one of the most widely available and loved dishes in Thailand. Sure the other ingredients, like chilies, shrimp, onions, garlic, fish sauce, and lime juice are also essential in this recipe, but without the trio of herbs, you wouldn't have an authentic version of this soup. So anyway, it’s actually quite easy to make this Thai tom yum soup recipe as long as you have all the ingredients avail...
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/2MkzTwa9ewM/hqdefault.jpg , I got curioius about dog meat. I tasted it before as a kid. So when I visit my cousin in Manila I ask to cook dog meat. But it's illegal now. So we drive far north to the Secret Dog farms. Buying from the locals in the city is dangerous for diseases. Atleast when the dog farms were legal they were inspected and even now they maintain cleanliness. The price has gone up higher than beef and pork due to the crimalization of dog meat. Dog Kalderatas is still the best in all kind of meat. Nothing beat original Filipino Recipe ,
